3. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • You must be 18+ or legally authorized to enter agreements on behalf of an entity.
  • You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if Terms are violated or fees are unpaid.

7. User Content

  • You are responsible for any content you upload or share.
  • By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it for operating the platform.
  • Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  • We may review user content, but are not responsible for its accuracy or legality.

8. Subscription, Payments & Refund Policy

  • Subscription plans are available with various features and limits.
  • Payment is required in advance per selected plan and period.
  • Non-payment may result in suspended access until resolved.
  • Refunds may be granted in special cases (e.g., platform fault or legal obligations).

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • Third-party integrations are not warranted or endorsed by Surveysides .

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Surveysides from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use of the Services or content you submit.

These Terms are governed by international law. Disputes will be handled through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration where applicable.


Refund Policy

We strive to provide a transparent experience for all users. Please carefully review our refund terms before subscribing to any paid plan:

  • No Refunds Offered: We do not offer refunds for any of our paid plans or services, regardless of usage or early termination by the user.
  • Free Trial Encouraged: To ensure our platform meets your expectations, we offer a free trial period with full access to core features. We strongly encourage users to take advantage of this trial to evaluate the platform before making a purchase decision.
  • Informed Commitment: By subscribing to any of our paid plans, you acknowledge and agree that all fees are non-refundable, even if the subscription is terminated before the end of the billing cycle.

Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide flexibility while maintaining the integrity of our subscription-based model. Users can manage their subscriptions as follows:

  • Cancel Anytime: Users may cancel their subscription at any time during the billing cycle. Cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not affect access to the current paid period.
  • No Pro-Rata Refunds: Upon cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing term. No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel your subscription, users are required to send a cancellation request to our official support email at support@Surveysides.com. Please include your registered account details to expedite the process.
  • Data Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for exporting and downloading their data as allowed in the system before cancelling their subscription or before the subscription period ends.We do not offer post-cancellation or post expiration of subscription data recovery or backup services and no data will be retrievable once the subscription expires.
